Returns & Refund Policy
In an unlikely case if you have received a damaged or defective product, we have a 2-days return policy, which means you have 48 Hours from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/Order number. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@motormavericks.in with the photo of the defective product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you Email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Delivery Issue:

Please DO NOT ACCEPT your package if the Package is open or seal is broken.

 

Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are Available, If you had ordered the wrong size, and want to exchange it for another size,But you will have to pay for the to-and-fro shipping charges. Since the Products are Made to order, Exchanges in general, are not entertained. But you can always reach out to us at support@motormavericks.in and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If a exchange request is accepted, you will receive a mail with instructions on how to return it. Note: Returns will have to be made within 2 days from receiving this E-mail, after which it will not be accepted. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take upto 5-7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
